Eric Gorski is Bureau Chief of Chalkbeat Colorado. Gorski previously worked as a reporter for The Denver Post-covering everything from K-12 education and religion to marijuana legalization-and as a national writer for the Associated Press. Chalkbeat is a nonprofit news organization committed to covering one of America’s most important stories: the effort to improve schools for all children, especially those who have historically lacked access to a quality education. They believe every child deserves an excellent education, and that a strong press is vital to making that happen.

Chef Maggie O'Toole


Chef Maggie is a cooking teacher, professionally trained chef, mom of two boys as well as a graduate of Georgetown University and Chicago's Kendall Culinary School. Her culinary career has spanned 15 years including stints in restaurants, gourmet take-out, fine grocery, catering operations and her own personal chef business.

Bridget Molloy, MAT, and Founder of Bridget's Botanicals, is a scientist turned Certified Herbalist. She has been a sexual health and well-being consultant for 10 years. Her studies at CU Boulder, Harvard, Georgetown and Boston University focused on human health, molecular biology, chemistry, ecological studies and pharmacology. Bridget is trained in evaluating scientific research studies and has worked at Harvard and MIT supporting world renowned scientific research laboratories. Bridget's scientific background coupled with her in-depth work with herbalists, healers, scientists and doctors throughout 8 countries has positioned her as a specialist with medicinal plants, global ecology, healing herbal traditions and medicinal plant use.

Heather M. Hunter

Sarah Stabio


Sarah Stabio, MBA, owns The Bar Method Denver-Stapleton, northeast Denver's first dedicated barre studio. After moving to Stapleton in 2014 and learning that her favorite workout wasn't accessible, she set out to bring this new fitness option to the community. As a certified Bar Method instructor, you can find her teaching, talking with clients, managing the studio or spending time with her three children and husband.

Wendy has given countless frustrated parents the “user manual” for their kids. She helps them see the hidden strengths of their child, since “differences” are often mistaken for “weaknesses”. Her extensive knowledge and experience in the area of temperament, helps illuminate blind spots to foster growth and understanding. Wendy has a Master’s degree in Education and over 20 years experience teaching in the classroom as well as Fortune 500 companies, healthcare and educational organizations. Her best experience and inspiration however, come from learning to understand her 14-year-old daughter who is her polar opposite! Wendy is the Founder of People Works of Colorado.
